When should I expect the products to ship?
Any orders that are placed before 5pm AEST on weekdays will ship the next day. Orders placed on the weekends and holidays will ship on Monday.
What is your return policy?
For full refund (except shipping), Cell by Cell can only accept unopened products within 15 days of receiving date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and unopened in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please refer to our Refund policy.
