Returns & Refunds Policy

Your satisfaction is our priority. In accordance with the Australian Consumer Law, you are entitled to a refund or replacement if a product:

  • Has a major fault or defect
  • Is significantly different from the description or image
  • Is unfit for purpose or does not perform as described

Return Requests

To request a return, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Requests made after this period may not be eligible for return.

Return Conditions

  • Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used cosmetic/skincare products unless they are faulty.
  • Returned items must be in resalable condition.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the item is faulty or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
  • If the return is due to a change of mind, the return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer.

Refund Processing

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item. We will notify you once your refund has been processed.
