Shipping Policy

We currently ship within Australia only.

• Order Processing Time: Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed.

• Delivery Time: Estimated delivery is between 3 to 14 business days, depending on your location.

• Shipping Fees:

  • Free standard shipping is available for orders over AUD $100.
    

• Tracking: All shipments include tracking details, which will be emailed once the order is dispatched.

• Delays or Lost Parcels: While we are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, we will assist in tracking and resolving any issues involving delayed or lost parcels.
